Whether you’ve never had personal training, been on a hiatus from the gym or feel like you’ve tried everything, my methods are simple and effective with gradual increases in weight, volume and intensity. As your body adapts to stimulus, so will your program. That’s the beauty of personal training. It is customized to meet your needs and get you headed towards desired goals!
One - on - One: In person training to keep you motivated, focused and maintaining correct form. Duration 1 Hour.
Per session: $80
5 Sessions: $350
10 Sessions: $650
20 Sessions: $1,150
Virtual: Get your session in from anywhere you prefer with a screen/video call. Dust Off walks you through your workout of the day anywhere!
